Refund policy
At SunnyBerry, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products with care and precision. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we do not accept returns on most orders.
No Returns on Perishable Products
Because our blueberries, jams, and other food items are perishable or temperature-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these products once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the freshness, safety, and integrity of every item we ship.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jiana@sunnyberry.ro. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (such as fresh fruit and jam)

Alcoholic beverages (such as palincă)

Sale items and gift cards
We do not accept returns under normal circumstances. Exceptions may only be made at our discretion for specific non-perishable products, and only if approved in advance.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, customers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible non-perishable items. This does not apply to perishable goods, including food and drink products. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us at jiana@sunnyberry.ro.
