Shipping policy

At SunnyBerry, all purchases are pre-orders. Orders placed now will be delivered between June 16th and July 6th, depending on the weeks selected; just after our fresh harvest.

We currently ship only within Bucharest, using a trusted courier service. Our team will personally transport your berries from our farm to Bucharest to ensure quality and freshness. Once in the city, deliveries are handled by our partnered delivery company.

Shipping is a flat rate of 10 lei per order.

You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including harvest news and an estimated delivery date. Tracking may be available depending on the courier. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the package safely at your door.

You can cancel your pre-order up to 7 days before the shipping window begins.

Delivery dates may be subject to change due to weather, crop conditions, or courier issues. We will notify you in case of delays.
